- Incoming messages are stored and allocated to personalized mailboxes
- Voicemail tools allow you to answer and respond to multiple phone calls at one time
- Voicemail allows messages to be distributed to more than one user and straight to their mailbox
- Received messages can be recorded and forwarded to other peoples' mailboxes
- Voice messages can be saved and stored until needed at a later date
- Voice mail boxes can be used to page or call other phone numbers
» Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
Computer Telephony Integration, also called computer-telephone integration, is technology that allows the interactions on a telephone or a computer to be integrated and coordinated. Convergence to telephony systems and computers is making CTI essential. As contact channels have expanded from voice to include email, web and fax, the definition of CTI has expanded to include the integration of all customer contact channels (voice, email, web, fax, etc) with computer systems. Contact our professional technicians to discover the broad range of functions that can be implemented using CTI, to enhance your business operations and customer service.
» Automatic Call Distributor (ACD)
In telephony, an Automatic Call Distributor (ACD), also known as Automated Call Distribution, is a device or system that distributes incoming calls to a specific group of terminals that agents use. It is often part of a computer telephony integration system.
Routing incoming calls is the task of the ACD system. ACD systems are often found in offices that handle large volumes of incoming phone calls from callers who have no need to talk to a specific person but who require assistance from any number of multiple persons (e.g., customer service representatives) at the earliest opportunity.
» Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
With Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) your phone calls travel over the internet as data, just as e-mail does. Imagine receiving an important business call on your laptop, or reading urgent voicemail as a new message in your email inbox. This type of service can dramatically lower your telecommunications costs while increasing your productivity. It also provides useful features and capabilities that conventional phone technology can't offer. Operating costs for VoIP service providers are significantly lower than traditional phone companies.
And with VoIP, businesses no longer have to maintain separate networks for phones and data—another significant money saver. Also, the costs associated with employee moves, adds and changes are virtually eliminated.
» Network Attached IP Paging and Intercom Systems
Based on Internet Protocol, these systems allow for ease of use and the ability to manage hundreds of intercom and paging endpoints that are distributed over an IP network, no matter where they are located, for a small— or large—scale operations. Our technicians can design an IP system that allows computers to send information over a data network. Once the information is given an address, it is sent to its destination. Voice calls can now be changed into data and sent over the IP paging and intercom system. The system provides easier management and interaction for all involved.
